Features of CEDC

The Center caters to various occasions and events such as trainings, workshops, seminars, weddings, and birthdays.

CEDC also offers specialized courses on coconut production and processing, and other related trainings/workshops with corresponding fees, open for PCA personnel and other stakeholders.

 

History and Background

The CEDC is the brainchild of Deputy Administrator Roel M. Rosales, who is currently the OIC-Administrator of Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA). From April 2018 to October 2019, CEDC generated a total gross income of Php 6,566,051.00.

The Center is borne out of the KAANIB Coconut Hub Project (KCHP), which started its operations last April 2018. It was formerly known as the Coconut Extension Training Center (CETC), which was at the time, one of the units under the Operations Branch of PCA until the implementation of EO 366 or the Rationalization Plan in 2014.
