PCA XIV-BARMM recently conducted a Training on Technical Writing for field and regional office personnel with technical and administrative duties on September 26-27, 2019 at the Pagana Native Restaurant, Cotabato City.

The objective of the training is to enhance the communication skills of the personnel, particularly on writing, so that they will be more effective in preparing memoranda, reports, letters, write-ups, and, even publications through social media. The training was led by Atty. Mohammad Muktadir Ahmad Estrella of the Civil Service Commission-ARMM.

In the training, common errors were pointed out, together with reminders on what should be practiced and included in writing, and what should be avoided. The trained personnel commented that their awareness on appropriate, effective, and ethical writing increased.
