The information campaign commenced on November 2018 in Hinunangan, Southern Leyte and prospered in the other municipalities until November 15, 2019 in Sogod, Southern Leyte.

The campaign was in partnership of PCA with Philippine National Police (PNP), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), and at times the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan and the Local Chief Executive.

The campaign aims to gain a widespread and thorough understanding of the law, which would hopefully subsequently reduce violations of Republic Act 8048, as amended by RA 10593. The aimed outcome of the campaign is to allow agriculturists to revitalize the Authority’s relationship with coconut industry stakeholders as service providers, rather than mere law enforcers.
