PINABACDAO, Samar --- The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) distributed a total of ₱1,029,120.00 worth of incentives to 374 coconut farmer-beneficiaries from Pinabacdao, Samar, under the Planting/Replanting Project of the Yolanda Recovery and Rehabilitation Program (YRRP) on November 18, 2020.

The recipient farmer-beneficiaries planted coconut seedlings which serve as replacement to the severely damaged coconut trees due to the onslaught of the Typhoon Yolanda (International name Haiyan) back in 2013.

YRRP is a core program of PCA which is composed of four major components: debris management, replanting, fertilization, and intercropping. This program is being implemented in Region 6 (Western Visayas), Region 7 (Central Visayas) and Region 8 (Eastern Visayas). ### (PCA VIII)
