The event was in coordination with the Department of Agriculture RFO XIII through the Agri-Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD), DA Corn Program, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), and LGU-Kitcharao.

“Despite the COVID-19 crisis, all PCA field personnel still do their best to go out in the field to conduct verification of the coconut farmers included in the initial list of beneficiaries for the CFSMFF program for finalization, and to conduct distribution activities to really be able to serve and reach out to our small coconut farmers who are in most need of our service,” PCA Region XIII Manager Joel Oclarit said.

The CFSMFF program aims to provide secure and direct cash and food assistance to eligible farmers and fisherfolk affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. ### (PCA XIII)
