QUEZON CITY, February 10, 2022 – The Civil Service Commission National Capital Regional Office (CSC-NCR) Director Fe P. Lacaba formally awarded the Philippine Coconut Authority with the Certificate of Recognition for obtaining Maturity Level II in Performance Management Pillar under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
