Batangas pursues coco industry revival
In line with the PCA’s efforts to revitalize the coconut industry in Batangas, three (3) coconut planting sites were visited by the PCA Batangas-Cavite team on October 1, 2020.
One of the sites is located in Palico, Nasugbu which is a land owned by the Wounded Soldiers Cooperative. It was planted with 100 dwarf coconuts and another 100 of the tall variety.

PCA, SLSU strengthen ties
Lucban, Quezon --- PCA Region IV Acting Regional Manager III Ramon L. Rivera and Quezon I Chief Joselito R. Alcantara handed over to Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) President, Dr. Doracie B. Zoleta-Nantes, a check amounting to P972.4K for the payment of coconut seedlings supplied by the university on September 22.
